Every human being in this world have dreams, when I am reading a novel I come to know that even a tree will dream. That seems very strange to me.

I too have a dream, a dream is a journey, When we are sleeping we dream but we don’t know the beginning of the dream but in a night full of dreams we complete our dream projects in our mind like building a beautiful monument or an young director thinks about his whole script in a single night in his dream. But when we woke up in the morning. we will start the steps and procedures in the pursuit of our ultimate goal.

"Both dreams and goals are pretty important for us"

Even I had a dream, to have my own established company which should give many people the opportunity to work and to enhance their skills. So, first I concentrated on my home town, my birth place. I really love to do something for my home town. So, why not start my company in my home town!! That is how my journey started.

I Started a BPO in Ongole in a small scale and after some very good efforts I am on a successful run.

My next step will be a international standard school especially for people related to my own stream Computers and software, which deals with training and developing the skills of each and every student that joins.

As I am a graduate in Computer science, My ultimate goal will be a software company in my home town with our own employees. This will stop the percentage of people going to abroad for their jobs leaving their parents for years and also the percentage of people working for the development of other countries for example NASA. I felt very embarrassed by hearing that 36% of NASA scientists are Indians. Why can’t we provide them with a good pay and the facilities.

I want to see my country as a developed country. So, I want to do my part for my mother land.

Not only in the field of computer and software’s. I want to get into every possible field I can and to make more and more jobs for the people I love.
